RETURNS
We understand that buying online for such a big occasion can
make you nervous.
We want you to be 100% happy with your new items so if you
feel you are not happy with the item you have ordered please
return it with a little note in its original packaging,
unworn or stained within 7 days and we will refund the total
amount including postage.
When sending your item back, please ensure it is in its
original packaging with all original labels attached.
However, for goods we do not keep in stock and which have
been bought in at your request and especially for you, no
refund will be made. Any dress altered or customised as per
your instructions will also not be refunded.
We are unable to be held responsible for any goods lost in
the post, so ask your Post Office for a free proof of
postage certificate when you return the goods. |
